So inspired by you - pt. 2

I am seriously blown away by some of the stuff you guys come up with! Here are some of my favourite picks from this week:

Being a huge fan of body butter, Garden Therapy floored me by creating their own Mango Citrus Body Butter (All of that money I could save rather than slathering it away...) And that scent just sounds summer-licious!

My husband is a HUGE fan of anything that has both peanut butter and chocolate.

Here at Hungry Happenings, Beth uses Reese hearts and makes her own drool-worthy topping and adds another layer of peanut butter and chocolate! There is no such thing as too much in this case!

I have to admit that any 'geek chic' (especially ones that incorporate math symbols in a cute way) always gets my attention.

Polly at Helping Little Hands has an amazing t-shirt design that is just adorable (and even a free printable stencil! Find it here)!
This is a definite to-do for this math teacher as a baby shower gift!

speaking of adorable, Liz Marie repurposed some drawers (not the only amazing drawer projects she's done!) to give her little fur babies a place of rest. This is such a neat idea~!

At The Steen Style, I was reminded of how the wonderful WOW effect a little bit of spray paint & a keen eye for colour & styling can have! Laura's uber cool bar cart is no exception!

Okay, I've heard of staining a table... or a chair... or even underwear (sorry, too far).
But I've never heard of staining a COUCH!

Biblical Homemaking does some serious wonders with her painted couch! Who knew that wood stain would couple as a fabric stain? Mandy has some serious guts (and an awesome couch to prove it!)

On a completely random note, yesterday my blog had over 1,000 views! (maybe that's small for some of you, but that is a first for me) :) yay!

Happy Monday & T-minus 1 day till Valentines~!

  3. Thanks so much for the feature! I was a math and chemistry teacher before we had kids. Now my husband is a chemistry and physics teacher. Needless to say...our kids are turning into nerds and don't even realize it. Our three-year-old recognizes the Pi symbol like it was just another letter of the alphabet. :)

    1. there's absolutely nothing wrong with having nerdy children! I hope to have little nerdlings of my own someday! ;) (big glasses and all... only if they need glasses, that is!) ;)
