knobs & sushi

Since I'm in the middle of a few projects, I thought I'd might share some hints of things to come & a bit of my week thus far...
Today I visited Lee Valley for the first time. Let me just say, this chick was like a kid in a candy store!! I have never seen so many knobs & furniture diddies in my entire life!!

and lookit these! I was already imagining myself making another one of these.. from scratch! :)

okay, some were a bit creepy...

but there were so many pretty shiny things~ The possibilities were endless... 

they also have an online catalogue where you can order things if you're not close to a retail location. :)

onto a less random note ;)

spontaneous sushi with a great friend...

my favourite ice cream (French Crisp) with the hubby...

tricks from the puppy (she takes sitting pretty very seriously!)...

and some me-time to grab a 'bucks and finish report cards.
