I found some great ideas on various websites and just loved to look of the gallery wall.

a closer look at one of the walls...
Or this idea caught my eye...
I found some pictures I knew I wanted to display, but when I saw how much large prints cost ($4.99 for ONE 8x10 picture!) my wall was put on the back burner...
I was still looking at pretty pictures of them, though...
The gallery wall featured on Emily A. Clark's blog caught my eye.
Not only was it designed for newlyweds displaying their wedding photos (i can relate!), but it had the clean and modern look that my husband so meticulously tried to maintain in the decor of our home.
Although inspired, I still remained gallery wall-less...
until one glorious day.
Black's Photography was having a sale for eight 8x10 pictures for $10 and the wall was resurrected!
I quickly dusted off my wedding cds and rifled through my computer for images I wanted, and printed them online (which was super easy!)
I also found some simple frames at Michaels, and with 50% off coupons I managed to buy 6 frames over a span of a couple of weeks (I think the people at Michaels thought I was crazy).
This is what she looks like today:
For the Wall:
prints = a little under $10
frames = $6 each (using 50% off coupons), $36
Total Cost = Around $45
Not too shabby. I'm hoping in the future to get larger frames, larger prints and try them all black & white... until then, I am happy to see our space a little bit more personalized!
... it's a start.

Crazy like a fox. You'll have the last laugh when you buy six donuts with the money you saved.
